So here I am sitting in my office at home again.....the weather is preventing much activity....and contemplating the power of nature....and how beautiful yet treacherous this snow/ice is.

I have managed to get out during each of the storms except for this one which is just too yucky though perhaps later...I will venture out....

I've gotten some awesome photos very close to home..... even though my fingers were stiff and cold and I was shooting quickly so my camera wouldn't get too wet....

I admire photographers who venture out no matter what the conditions and get photos and my ambition is to do that as well but I don't always do it...so I want to share some of my photos from the past few weeks.

Just sit back and enjoy the beauty of nature!

I used to enter this contest all the time but have been so busy with business that I haven't had a chance in a while.....but I have to have some fun sometimes....and I just recently photographed a lovely young woman in purple....so here goes....
